For the Group, protection of your data is a very important issue, so we want you to be able to visit our website without fear. On principle, our website offer can be used without having to enter any personal data. The following statement on data protection provides a complete overview of the Group’s responsibility with regard to the protection of your personal data and the types of data that are acquired for what purposes such data is used.
2. DATA PROCESSING ON OUR WEBSITE
When you visit our website, we use cookies that are processed by a Piwik program. The data that we process are technical data used for the improvement of our services and for statistical purposes by virtue of a legitimate interest.
Personal data that you provide when filling the forms ‘Information Requirements’, ‘Job Application’, and ‘Contacts’ are also stored. The above-mentioned personal data are stored for the period for which you grant consent.
3. THE POLICY OF PROTECTION AND INFORMATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
For the Group, data protection, safety of information, and reliability are the foundation for stable and successful relations with customers. These beliefs are governed by the following principles.
3.1 Data protection principles
Privacy protection and the safety of your personal data are very important issues for us.
All data provided to us are processed by the Group in conformity with the provisions of the GDPR, applicable national laws, and other legislation. The most important procedures include assessing of potential risks in processing, registering, and storing personal data in a way that leads to the elimination of errors in processing and, in critical cases, leak of the personal data. This internal system and the processing methods that are integral to it guarantee constant improvement of personal data protection and enhancement of the protection within the entire Group.
3.2 Lawfulness and purposes of processing
The Group processes personal data pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR and other general legislation. In particular, this concerns processing for the performance of legal obligations, obligations arising from a contract or other legal relation, and processing carried out on the basis of provided consent. Personal data processing proceeds throughout the existence of the legal relationship, in connection with the statutes of limitation after its termination or until withdrawal of consent. If the processing is based on any interest pursuant to Article 6 of GDPR, the personal data are processed throughout the period of this interest.
3.3 Transmission and transference of data
The personal data are also transmitted to external service providers who in particular provide the creation, operation and management of the registration system and the system that registers and records game data, or other activities to supply the services provided by the company.
3.4 Data security
The methods used by the Group to process your personal data (hardware, software, network, infrastructure) correspond to the state of the security equipment and technologies.
3.5 The right to information, correction, and restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain information on personal data stored about you, its origin, and the potential recipients of the data, as well as the purpose of its processing. The Group will provide this information on the basis of a written request sent to the address stated below. If it becomes clear that we have processed inaccurate or incorrect personal data, you have the right to its correction or to the restriction of its processing.
3.6 The right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data any time. In this case, we will no longer use your personal data and it will be deleted. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal.
3.7 The right to objection
Pursuant to the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by the Group.
3.8 The right to make a complaint
If you believe that legal regulations for the processing of your personal data were violated, you have the right to make a complaint in conformity with the GDPR to the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
3.9 Automated individual decision-making, including profiling
When performing legal obligations connected with the operation of games of chance, personal data processing is subject to automated decision-making. Such automated decision-making is used by the company to check for the personal data of undesirable persons who are excluded from participation in games of chance based on national, European Union, or international law.
3.10 Camera recordings
The Group operates a camera system to protect its property and the health and safety of its employees in accordance with obligations arising from the legislation. These recordings are stored in accordance with generally applicable legislation. As regards operation of the games of chance, the Group also operates camera systems in agreement with Law No 186/2016 Coll., on gambling, according to camera schemes approved by the local authorities. By law, these recordings are to be stored for a period of two years.
3.11 Other information
Your trust is extremely important to us. Therefore, the position of a Data protection officer has been established to provide sufficient information and assistance. These principles have been written in three versions, Czech, German, and English. In the event of a conflict between the language versions, the Czech version is the decisive version.
